On the persecution of Ezra Olubi

"And I swore on my name, because there is no higher authority" — MI Abaga

Last year, the pagans of Twitter poured out en masse to offer a ritual sacrifice to their idols.

I have watched them, for a time, erect these idols (Capitalism, Patriarchy, Feminism, Colonialism, Leftism, The Culture, The Identity, The Gender, always a 'thing' that they must worship and defend).

I watched with concern but I was not absolutely sure why it bothered me. I realize now that it's because you're all evil and sullen and stupid, and you cannot help it. You are generally 'correct' because what you do is point to a (bad) approximation of truth (your LLMs have picked up your bad habit, congratulations), then use that to clobber anyone you hate or are afraid of.

You cannot help it. So when the noise on Twitter became loud enough, I could tell a ritual was going to occur. I was pretty sure it would be me who was offered to the Gods of Semantics.

And I was, but the sacrifice did not go quite well. It did not make the splash the heathens hoped for, yet the fact that they so "easily" banished me must have intensified their blood-thirst.

I have seen it all. You are all so predictable. Your plans are...akin to a child's.

When you gathered on Ezra's account, I was amused by how paper-thin your accusations were. I have, on my own, spoken to some of the most vocal "paragons" of that day, and before me they stuttered to articulate his particular sins. He tweeted some things and has sexual habits that you disagree with, therefore he is the devil we must kill. Very good. I applaud the effrontery it must have taken to appoint yourself (you clueless, dazed apes!) judge over a man.

You are stupid, but that doesn't mean you aren't dangerous.

Ezra will survive, and he has learned. For you, though, the story of your damnation has just begun.

(Some kind advice for Paystack: replace your CEO, or you will die)
