These terms govern your use of "Life of Mogwai" (https://gist.holeyfox.co), an independent blog and newsletter operated by Justin Irabor. By using the site or subscribing, you agree to them.

The service

The blog publishes written content and sends a newsletter to subscribers. Some content is free; some may require a paid membership.

Subscriptions and payments

• Free subscriptions give access to the newsletter and public posts.
• Paid memberships are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled. Cancel anytime from your account page; access continues to the end of the current billing period.
• Prices and benefits may change, applying to future billing periods.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site — including disrupting it, accessing it without authorization, scraping it abusively, or infringing others' rights. I may suspend access for violations.

Content

Content here is owned by me or used with permission, for your personal, non-commercial enjoyment. Please don't republish substantial portions without credit and permission. Opinions are my own.

Accounts

You're responsible for activity on your subscription and for keeping your sign-in email secure.

Disclaimer and liability

The site and newsletter are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, I'm not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site.
